Clinical Study Protocol: This application is a clinical research tool. Data is managed according to specific institutional research protocols.

1. Information Collection

Login Data: To access the clinical features of the app, users must log in using their phone number. This is used solely for authentication and account association.

Usage & Device Data: We do not collect personally identifiable device information or specific device types. We only track general app activity to ensure the stability of the clinical study tool.

Patient Privacy: We utilize pseudonymization. No Patient PII (names, emails, or phone numbers) is collected. Unique codes are used for study participants, which only the authorized physician can link back to an individual.

2. Data Hosting & Security

Infrastructure: All research data is securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using medical-grade encryption at rest and in transit.

Data Usage: VocaVibe does not sell or share PII. Data is used strictly for the clinical analysis services provided.

3. Account Deletion & Study Withdrawal

Withdrawal from the clinical study requires formal notification to your Study Coordinator or an email to info@vocavibe.ai.

Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically remove your data from the research database. Due to data integrity requirements for clinical trials, a formal request is necessary to purge records from the GCP environment.
